I help children and young people make sense of the tricky stuff — like big emotions, worries, school stress, friendships, and all the ups and downs of growing up. I use creativity, play, and conversation to connect in ways that feel natural and fun — because talking about feelings doesn’t have to be scary.

Whether you're a young person looking for support, or a parent wanting the best for your child, I'm here to help every step of the way.

Therapy provides a safe and supportive environment to explore thoughts, feelings, and emotions. This can be through talking, play or creative arts.
Sessions last for 50 minutes and take place at the same time and place each week.
Therapy can help children and young people work through difficult emotions, make sense of events, and express themselves. Play and art come naturally to young people and provide them with a unique way to express feelings, thoughts, and experiences that may be too difficult to put into words. Feelings can then gradually be put into words rather than actions and they can develop the resources they need to regulate themselves.
